Built by the person who answers the support email.
Synclet is a small Los Angeles studio that does one thing well: connecting WordPress businesses to Pipedrive and keeping those connections alive.
Why Synclet exists
Synclet started with a referral: a yacht brokerage drowning in inbound emails that had to be typed into Pipedrive by hand. The fix was not another automation subscription. It was a small, well-built plugin on their own site, with someone on the hook to keep it working.
Synclet is run by Sam, an engineer who has spent his career building and operating systems for professional-services businesses. He scopes every integration, writes the code and answers the support email himself. There is no account manager between you and the person who understands your setup.
How we work
Boring on purpose
Plain WordPress plugins, the official Pipedrive API, no clever frameworks. Boring code is code that still works in five years.
A log for everything
Every lead, every retry, every skipped duplicate is recorded where you can see it. “Did that inquiry come through?” is a ten-second question, not an afternoon.
Your data stays yours
Nothing routes through a Synclet server. Your site talks to your Pipedrive directly, and you can revoke access in one click.
“We used to copy every inquiry into Pipedrive by hand and half of them never made it. Now the deal is there before we have finished reading the email.”
