A small, predictable process.

One call, one fixed quote, one launch, then a care plan that keeps it working. Here is exactly what happens at each step.

From first call to running quietly

Most integrations go live within three weeks of the scoping call. You will always know what is being built, what it costs and when it ships.

Scoping call, 30 minutes

We map what should talk to Pipedrive, which pipeline and stages it lands in, and what “working” looks like for your team. You get a fixed quote within two business days.

Build

The integration is built as a plugin on your site, against a staging copy of your Pipedrive account. Every event is logged, every failure retries, and duplicates are matched before they are created.

Launch together

We switch it on with you, watch the first real leads arrive, and hand over a plain-English runbook so your team knows what happens and where to look.

Care, every month

Pipedrive changes its API, WordPress updates, someone edits a form. The care plan covers monitoring, fixes and small changes, so it keeps working without anyone thinking about it.

After launch, the care plan takes over

Integrations do not fail on launch day. They fail eight months later when a form field is renamed. The care plan exists for month eight.

A typical month

  • Monitoring runs every few minutes; failed calls retry and page us if they keep failing
  • WordPress, plugin and Pipedrive API changes are tested on staging before they reach you
  • Small changes ship on request: a new form, a renamed field, a new pipeline stage
  • You get a short note when anything meaningful changed, and silence when nothing did

Questions people ask on the first call

Does this replace Zapier?

Usually, yes. Zapier is great for a first experiment, but once you have ten zaps, per-task pricing and no visibility into what failed, a purpose-built plugin is cheaper and far easier to trust. We migrate the logic and switch the zaps off together.

Who owns the code?

Synclet owns and maintains the integration code; you own your data, your Pipedrive account and your site. That is what makes the care plan possible: we can fix and update it without you inheriting a plugin nobody understands.

What happens when Pipedrive changes its API?

We update the plugin, usually before you notice. Monitoring catches failed calls and alerts us, and every request retries with backoff so a brief outage does not lose a lead.

Our site is not on WordPress. Can you still help?

Sometimes. If leads come from a form provider, an email inbox or another system with an API, the same approach works. Tell us what you run and we will say honestly whether it is a fit.

How long does a build take?

A form-to-Pipedrive integration typically ships in one to two weeks. Email parsing and document workflows take two to four. You get a date with the quote.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Agencies bring us in for the Pipedrive side of a client build and keep the relationship. Ask about partner pricing.
